Daniel Kehlmann at the Guardian Hay Festival
The Austrian author Daniel Kehlmann will take part in this year’s annual literature festival in Hay on Wye. Kehlmann (b.1975) lives and works in Vienna. He was the recipient of the 2005 Candide Award and is best known for his widely acclaimed novel Measuring the World.

The Austrian Cultural Forum supports the appearance of one of the most celebrated Austrian authors at the Edinburgh Festival: Thomas Glavinic has won over critics and public alike and was a finalist in last year’s German Book Prize for the novel Das bin ich doch.
