Impropera
Combining musicianship with the agile wit of improvisation, Impropera creat opera with an anarchic irreverent edge from audience suggestions. In a world of dumbing down here is a show for an audience that revels in the skill and sparkle of such programmes as QI, I’m Sorry I Haven’t a Clue, Never Mind the Buzzcocks and Whose Line is it Anyway?
Led by David Pearl, the Impropera Company also features Comedy Store regular Niall Ashdown, soprano Morag McLaren, Soprano Susan Bisatt, clarinettist Peter Furniss (from the ACF Soundings festival), musical director Anthony Ingle on piano and guest artists Louise Crane and Andy Morton.
